Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 20 March, 2023 until 18:00 on 23 March, 2023 and from 07:30 on 3 April, 2023 until 18:00 on 4 April, 2023 is to impose no waiting for any purpose on the west side of Westburn Drive, Aberdeen, between its junction with Cornhill Road and Westburn Crescent. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. These measures are necessary to protect public safety during telecom mast upgrade works for Commscope. There will be temporary traffic signals in operation during these works.
