Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
From 4.00am on 13 March, 2023, until 17.00pm on 26 March, 2023, no person shall drive, or cause or permit any vehicle to be driven other than in a southerly direction, or cause or permit any vehicle to wait for any purpose, on any part of Holburn Street from Riverside Place to Ruthrieston Place. There will be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the Holburn Street, and prohibition of waiting for the duration of the works. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated using no-waiting cones. There will be temporary prohibition of driving on to Rutherieston Place , from Holburn Street to Rutherieston Circle Street, for the durations of the works. These measures are necessary to protect public safety during ACC road resurfacing.
