Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a prohibition of driving on Lee Crescent North , Aberdeen, in its entirety (including the cul de sacs). There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of carriageway and cul de sac. Works will be completed in phases. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Residential access/egress will be maintained when possible and safe to do so. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC road maintenance works.
