Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order, which will operate from 19:00 to 05:00 daily is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Seaton Roundabout (A956), Aberdeen. There will also be prohibition of waiting on Seaforth Road between the east boundary of number 52 and junction with Roslin Street from 19:00 to 05:00 daily for the duration of the works. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. The width restriction on Beach Esplanade will be revoked during the works. Diversion signs will be in place. These measures are necessary to protect public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.

Alternative Route: Diversion approaching from the North or South: King Street, East North Street, Beach Boulevard, Esplanade and vice versa. Diversion approaching from the West northbound: Tillydrone Avenue, Tillydrone Road, Gordon Brae, The Parkway & Ellon Road (A92). Approaching from the west to city centre via Great Northern Road, Powis Terrace, Causewayend, Mounthooley Roundabout and West North Street.
