Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:15 until 15:45 on 5 April 2023, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on either side of Beechgrove Terrace, Aberdeen, from its junction with Fountainhall Road to the boundary between numbers 76 and 78 Beechgrove Terrace, and on either side of Fountainhall Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Beechgrove Terrace to the boundary between numbers 93 and 95 Fountainhall Road, and on either side of Beechgrove Terrace, Aberdeen, from its junction with Whitehall Road to its junction with Beechgrove Avenue. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for Scottish Water.
