Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 10 April 2023, until 17:00 on 12 May 2023, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on either side of Coningham Gardens, Aberdeen, from the access road between numbers 20-36 and 38-54 Coningham Gardens to the boundary between numbers 73-80 and 81-88 Formartine Road, and on either side of Rattray Place, Aberdeen, from its junction with Coningham Gardens to the boundary between numbers 12 and 14 Rattray Place. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for BT Openreach.
