Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:00 on 15th April, 2023, until 17:00 on 16th April, 2023, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on North Deeside Road, Aberdeen, from its eastern junction to Bieldside Lodge and a point 10 metres in a southerly direction. An alternative route is available via North Deeside Road and the western junction to Bieldside Lodge
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
