Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 18:00 on 15 April, 2023 until 18:00 on 10 October, 2023, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of Albyn Grove, Aberdeen, between its junction with Albyn Lane and a point 45 metres or there by north of this junction. Also on either side of Albyn Lane, Aberdeen, between its junction with Albyn Grove and the east boundary of Albyn Hospital. This will used only when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during use of a temporary entrance to the Albyn Hospital.
