Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order, which will operate from 07:00 on 24 June 2023, until 18:00 on 25 June 2023, is to close Waverly Lane, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Waverly Place and Carden Place. An alternative route is available via Victoria Street and Carden Place. There will also be a one-way restriction, westbound, on Waverely Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Rubislaw Place and Victoria Street. An alternative route is available via Rubislaw Place, Albyn Place and Victoria Street. There will also be a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of Waverely Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Albert Terrace and Victoria Street. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
