Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 26 June 2023, until 17:00 on 30 June 2023, is to impose a prohibition of waiting on either side of Jesmond Avenue North, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 4 and 6 Jesmond Avenue North to its junction with Whitestripes Crescent, and on either side of Whitestripes Place, Aberdeen, from its junction with Jesmond Avenue North to the car park access road at numbers 1-14 Whitestripes Place.
