Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:30 on 16 June 2023, until 15:30 on 30 June 2023, is to impose temporary prohibition of driving on Ellon Road northbound, from Gordon Barracks Roundabout to Parkway Roundabout each day from 9:30am to 15:30pm. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing.
