Notice of Consultation on the Disposal & Change of Use of Common Good Property - Angus

Angus Council is considering leasing the Former Access Office at Bank Street Brechin to the Brechin Men’s Shed.

The property has been vacant for some time and has been declared surplus to requirements. This will be a temporary lease pending a decision on the future of the whole Municipal Buildings property.
