ARGYLL AND BUTE COUNCIL (B8025 TAYVALLICH)(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
On Thursday 1st December 2022, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on that length of the B8025 Crinan Moss-Keills Road and that length of the Taynish Road (U031).
The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required because essential works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road will be effective, when indicated by signs as indicated in the schedule below.

Exceptions will apply to a vehicle being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes. The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required because of the likelihood of danger to the public and will be effective when indicated by signs for the duration of the works.
