ARGYLL AND BUTE COUNCIL (A848 MAIN STREET, TOBERMORY)(TEMPORARY PROHIBITON OF WAITING) ORDER 2023
On Wednesday the 15th of March 2023, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.

Exceptions will apply to a vehicle being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes. The restrictions imposed by this Order, which are required to help facilitate the works on or near the public road and will be effective when indicated by signs.
