The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to redefine 24hr waiting restrictions and loading prohibitions on Orchard Drive and Queensferry Road. Details of the draft Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed online from 03/03/2023 to 31/03/2023 at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders and www.tellmescotland.gov.uk, or at Waverley Court Reception between 9:30am & 3:30pm Mon-Fri during the same period. Objectors must state their reasons in writing with reference TRO/22/10 to Traffic Orders, Place, Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG, or by email to TRO.consultations@edinburgh.gov.uk, not later than 31/03/2023. Objections should state the name and address of the objector.
