The City of Edinburgh Council (Traffic Regulation; Restrictions on Waiting, Loading and Unloading, Stopping and Parking Places) (Variation No _) Order 202_ - TRO/22/17

The Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to: 1. introduce permit holder & shared use parking places, including 24 hr waiting restrictions on Allanfield, Allanfield Pl and Dicksonfield; 2. amend existing 24 hr waiting restrictions to accommodate the new parking places on Allanfield.  Details of the draft Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed free or charge, between 9:30 to 15:30 Mon-Fri from 24/03/23 to 18/04/23 at Waverley Court Reception or online at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders and www.tellmescotland.gov.uk. Objectors must state their reasons in writing with reference TRO/22/17 to Traffic Orders, Place, Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG, or by email to TRO.consultations@edinburgh.gov.uk, not later than 18/04/23.  Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.  If you are responding to this consultation and your comments or objection relate to any particular location/s or element/s of the proposals, it would be helpful if you could identify those in your response.
