DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY COUNCIL (DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY REGIONAL COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF ENTRY AND ONE WAY TRAFFIC)(LOREBURN STREET, DUMFRIES)(TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 1982) AMENDMENT ORDER 2012
Notice is hereby given that on 26 June 2012 Dumfries and Galloway Council made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. The effect of the Order is as stated in the Dumfries and Galloway Standard on 4 May 2012 and will come into operation on 29 June 2012.
2. The Order as made, Notice and Statement of Reasons may be inspected, free of charge, at Council Offices, Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries and DGFirst, Wayside Depot, Annan Road, Dumfries during normal office hours (09.00 – 17.00 hours) between 29 June 2012 and 10 August 2012.
3. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 26 June 2012 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
