THE DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY COUNCIL

(AULDTON, MOFFAT)

(20 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Order is as advertised in the local press on 3 March 2023.

    

2. Copies of the made Order, plan TM/A/01/222 and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected between 3 March and 14 April 2023 at:

• or by arrangement (Contact Network Strategy Team on 030 33 33 3000).

3. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within six weeks from 3 March 2023 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
