(NO WAITING AND NO LOADING AT ANY TIME RESTRICTIONS AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023
On 15 February 2023 the East Dunbartonshire Council made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 which comes into operation on Monday, 3 April 2023.The proposed Order was advertised in the Milngavie and Bearsden Herald which was published on 6 October 2022 and the effect of the order is to amend an existing order which would extend the present no waiting and no loading at any time restrictions on the A81 Milngavie Road, Bearsden to be from the extended southwest kerbline of Mosshead Road southwards for a distance of 121 metres.A copy of the Order and plans detailing the lengths of road affected may be examined without payment of fee in the Roads section of the East Dunbartonshire Council website.
