(ON-STREET) (WAITING AND LOADING)

ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), Section 32 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers the East Renfrewshire Council propose to introduce and / or amend waiting and loading restrictions on the following roads:

Crathes Court, Hazelden Gardens, Linnpark Avenue, Monteith Drive, Moray Drive, Moray Gardens, Netherburn Avenue, Nethercliffe Avenue, Nethervale Avenue, Orchy Avenue, Randolph Drive, Stamperland Avenue, Stamperland Drive, Stamperland Gardens, Stamperland Hill, Stamperland Way, Strawhill Road, The Quadrant.

A copy of the proposed order and plans, which will form the “The East Renfrewshire Council (Netherlee & Stamperland) (On-Street) (Waiting and Loading) Order 2023”, together with a statement of reasons for proposing to make the order are attached below.

Paper copies can be viewed until 2 April 2023 at:

East Renfrewshire Council, Customer First Council Headquarters, Eastwood Park, Rouken Glen Road, Giffnock, G46 6UG, Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm

and at:

Netherlee Community Library, Netherlee Pavilion, Linn Park Avenue, Netherlee, G44 3PG, Tuesday & Thursday 10am – 1pm & 2pm – 5pm

ANY PERSON may make representation or submit an objection to the any of the proposals or to the making of the Traffic Regulation Order by email to: Parking@eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk or in writing to Chief Solicitor Legal & Procurement, East Renfrewshire Council Headquarters, Rouken Glen Road, Giffnock G46 6UG.

Objections must be received by 2 April 2023 and should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
