THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (BONNYBRIDGE TOLL ROUNDABOUT, BONNYBRIDGE)(PROHIBITION OF WAITING)(AMENDMENT NO.3) ORDER 2011
Falkirk Council give notice that they propose to make the above Order, in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
The effect of the order will be to introduce waiting restrictions on Bonnybridge Toll Roundabout, Bonnybridge.
Full details of the proposal are contained in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the roads involved and a statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined free of charge during normal business hours from 26 January 2012 until 16 February 2012 at Falkirk Council, Development Services, Abbotsford House, David’s Loan, Falkirk, FK2 7YZ and Falkirk Council, One-Stop Shop, Callendar Square, Falkirk, FK1 1UJ. Alternatively these proposals can be viewed online at www.falkirk.gov.uk/trafficorders.
Any person wishing to object to the proposals should send details of the grounds for objection, in writing, to the undersigned by 16 February 2012 quoting the above order name as a reference.
