THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (MIDTHORN FOOTPATH)
(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE)
(NO.TTRO/1899) ORDER 2024
The Council has made the above named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, that the footpath passing under Midthorn Bridge between the Helix Park and Falkirk Stadium will be temporarily closed from 06.00 hours on 12/02/2024 until 18.00 hours on 12/07/2025, Falkirk Council being satisfied that the execution of the works requires this duration for completion. The footpath closure is necessary for public safety reasons during road improvement works and demolition of the existing bridge.
