MORAY COUNCIL (SOUTH STREET AND CULBARD STREET, ELGIN) (AT GORDON AND MCPHAIL BUILDING) TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2023

 

The Moray Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers hereby makes the following Order:

 

  1. This Order may be cited as “Moray Council (South Street and Culbard Street, Elgin (At Gordon and McPhail building) Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2023.

     

  2. The effect of this Order, which will come into operation from 26/01/2023 until 24/04/2024 will be to temporarily close the footpath outside the Gordon and McPhail building.

     

  3. The temporary restriction has been imposed to on safety grounds due to masonry works on the building.

 

  1. Pedestrians will be directed to use opposite footpath.
