MORAY COUNCIL (C26E, MOSSTOWIE) (AT VIEWMILL BRIDGE) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2023

The Moray Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as “Moray Council (C26E, Mosstowie (At Viewmill Bridge) Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023.

    

2. The effect of this Order, which will come into operation from 21/04/2023 until 19/10/2023 will be to temporarily close the C26E, Mosstowie.

    

3. The temporary restriction has been imposed for safety reasons due to damaged bridge.

1. A signed diversion route will be available via C26E >> A96(T) >> Pluscarden Road >> B9010 >> C3E >> C26E.
