On 1 March 2023 the Council made the above Order under Section 208 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997. The Order is about to be submitted to the Scottish Ministers for confirmation, except that, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 16 of the above Act, if no representations or objections are duly made to Perth and Kinross Council, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Order will be confirmed by Perth and Kinross Council as an unopposed order. The effect of the Order will be to stop up a section of the footpath within and either side of the outfield area of a new golf driving range, and to divert the footpath northwards around the driving range.

Any persons may within 28 days of 24 March 2023 object to the proposed order by email to LegalServices@pkc.gov.uk, or in writing to the Head of Legal & Governance Services, Perth and Kinross Council, 2 High Street, Perth, PH1 5PH. Any representation or objection should state the name and address of the person making the representation or objection, the matter to which it relates and the grounds upon which it is made.
