On 21/7/22 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of (i) Scarth Road from its junction with Main Road to its junction with Fairview a distance of 312.49 metres or thereby; (ii) Fairview from its junction with Scarth Road to its junction with the access road leading to Denmarkfield a distance of 342.31 metres or thereby; and (iii) the access road leading to Denmarkfield from its junction with Fairview to its junction with the A9(T) soundbound carriageway a distance of 947.25 metres or thereby. This applies from 1/8/22 for a period of 18 months to permit deliveries for the Cross Tay Link Road works. There will only be specific days for the deliveries and all residents will be informed prior to these dates. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
