The Renfrewshire Council has made the undernoted Orders in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The Renfrewshire Council (Paisley and Inchinnan, Abbotsinch Road, Netherton Avenue & A8 Greenock Road) (30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2023 The Order, which comes into operation on the 20th February 2023 was advertised in the Paisley & Renfrewshire Gazette on Wednesday 7th December 2022 and the effect of the Orders is as stated in the said notice. Copies of the Orders and maps relative thereto are available for inspection on the “Tell me Scotland” website for 6 weeks. Ref TRO 429.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 10th February 2023, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
