TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
Old Greenock Road, Inchinnan.
The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Inchinnan in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
Old Greenock Road, From Park Road to Newshot Drive.
Reason for Restriction: Carriageway Reconstruction Works.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area. Local and Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative Routes: A8 Greenock Road, Southbar Road, Parkholm, Newshot Drive or Vice Versa.
NOTE THAT THE BUS GATE WILL BE SUSPENDED.
This order will be in force on Monday 27th March 2023 until Sunday 23rd April 2023. This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
