(C60 OLD CAVERTON, MOREBATTLE)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2023

The Scottish Borders Council (C60 Old Caverton, Morebattle) (Temporary Closing) Order 2023 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 00:01 on 31 May 2023 and is expected to remain in effect until 23:59 on 9 June 2023 – 24 hour closure. The Order is required for BT Openreach works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C60 at Old Caverton, Morebattle.

The alternative route for southbound traffic is via the B6436 and B6401 to the point of closure, for northbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
