(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Notice 2022
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow Scottish Water repairs to be carried out:-
Name & affected length of road – Ardlochan Road Maidens (west side), from house no 23 southwards for a distance of 30 metres.
Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time
This Notice commences on 12 December 2022 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 12 December 2022 at 09:00 with the restrictions removed by 14 December at 18:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
