(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Notice 2023

NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow Scottish Water Ironwork Repairs 

Name & affected length of road – Cassillis Terrace, Kirkmichael Road 

 No waiting for 130 meters at Cassillis Terrace from opposite number 1 to number 14
No waiting for 50 meters at Cassillis Terrace from Kirkmichael Road junction to number 14
No waiting for 50 meters at Cassillis Terrace from Kirkmichael Road junction to number 1
No waiting for 50 meters both sides of the road at Kirkmichael Road from Cassillis Terrace Junction to number 8

Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time 

This Notice commences on 12 April 2023 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 12 April 2023 at 09:30 with the restrictions remaining in place until 12 April 2023 at 18:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
