The Stirling Council made the abovenamed Order under Sections 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the 16 September 2011.
Legislation Information
The Order will designate the section of road described in the Schedule hereto as a parking space for disabled persons.
A copy of the Order together with a copy of the relative plan, may be examined at the Stirling Council's Offices, Roads, Transport and Open Space, Viewforth, Stirling (Room 315) during normal office hours free of charge.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that any requirement therein has not been complied with, may within six weeks from 16 September 2011, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
