The STIRLING COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (40 mph Speed Limit) (A81 & B8034 Port of Menteith) Order 2011 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 24-2-12.

The order will:
Amend the existing 40mph speed limits on the A81 and B8034 Port of Menteith
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Council's Offices, Environment Services, Viewforth, Stirling (Room 315), by quoting Ref No TM/6 - SRO/2011(95)
Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session with six weeks of 24-2-12.
